What you’re buying

The Cold Sore Survival Matrix ($29.99) is a digital PDF. Delivered as an instant download; nothing is shipped.

Prices are in US dollars and are charged through Stripe. Your download link is valid for 72 hours and can be used five times. If it expires or runs out, you can request a fresh one at any time — the link on the expired page does it, or email us.

Refunds

If it isn’t useful to you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it. No form to fill in and no explanation required. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and close the download link.

What you may and may not do with it

The purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read, print, and use the material yourself. Please don’t resell it, republish it, or share the file or your download link publicly.

Your account and email

There is no account to create. If you opted in to email you can unsubscribe from the link in any message, and that has no effect on your purchase or your download link.

Limits on liability

The material is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Cold Sore Confessions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the material, and any direct liability is limited to what you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes won’t apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.
